Annual Registration for Existing Patients for 2011 :

This is decided on an individual basis depending on your personal dental needs.
I.e. Annual / 6 monthly; one scaling per year or two or more.
This will have already been suggested / discussed with Kathy at your last examination.

This includes your first examination with Kathy, all necessary x-rays, and a treatment plan
(It does not include any scale and polish).


 Should you require any treatment:

All patients are given a written treatment plan and advised of the cost in writing
before any treatment is carried out.

Payment:

Payment is due on each appointment.
Credit Card Facilities are available.
Treatments involving laboratory work require a 50% deposit.
